Why Use A Queer Writer?

The Queer Community is for everyone. We have a lot to offer this broken world. Our daily lives are much more than just an ongoing Pride celebration. 

We are planners, doers, strategists, members, diverse, and most importantly, human with all the feelings, strengths, and sensitivities our life experiences have given us.

We work hard because we care. As children, we were brought up to do precisely that. Many of us are religious despite a conservative desire to turn us into scapegoats for the struggles all people endure.

We understand some prefer to reframe religion to ignore some fundamental truths. But as they reshape religion, they can't ignore the core edicts, of which we are a target; “What you do to the least of these, you do to me.” 

We have always accepted the challenge to be ourselves while sharing responsibility for moving the world toward civilization. We are proud of our work and share our pride with those who remain held back.

This site opens my book of experience as a writer and author determined to continue adding us, the Queer Community, to a walkway we all take to get to a new place. I hope that each story I share ignites a tiny spark of understanding.
